Key Role:
Perform acquisition support for PEO Soldier Programs. Complete all required acquisition support tasks, as required in compliance with DODI 5000.02, AR 70-1 and applicable PEO soldier guidance and timelines. Prepare supporting documentation for program baseline reviews, including test and evaluation master plans, technical data packages, production plans, system improvement plans and transition plans. Develop, draft, provide, and update documentation for acquisition programs, including all documentation required for program milestone events. Develop documents required for solicitations and contract documents.
Basic Qualifications:
-2 years of experience with PEO soldier programs and acquisition process
-Knowledge of DoD acquisition, acquisition analysis, development, preparation, and update acquisition programs and products
-Ability to develop, draft, and update documentation for acquisition programs, including all documentation required for milestone events
-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with project management, acquisition, analysis of alternatives, earned value management
-Knowledge of OSD and Army Acquisition Policy from DODI 5000.02 and Army Regulation 70-1
-Ability to develop, and update integrated project or product using Microsoft Project
