Acquisition Program Analyst, Junior

Key Role: 
Provide project management support for an Acquisition Category (ACAT) I Major Automated Information System (MAIS) program for a DoD electronic health record (EHR) system. Aggregate data and present information in a clear and concise manner to government clients. Facilitate team meetings, prepare presentations, capture meeting minutes, and coordinate team input and responses to taskers. Ensure effective communication across clients and support staff. Support the development and staffing of key acquisition deliverables.

Basic Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience with acquisitions or project management
-Experience with editing, formatting, and staffing documents
-Experience with proofreading, including strict attention to detail
-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
-Experience with coordinating and responding to data calls, taskers, and requests for information from clients
-Ability to coordinate major document reviews and working sessions
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with working on DoD acquisition projects preferred
-Knowledge of DoD 5000 preferred
-Public Trust clearance
