Action Group Support Consultant

Key Role:

Provide senior level support to a DoD client directly supporting an executive level staff and multiple program offices. Develop and coordinate CTR-related products across program offices and organizations related to congressional and policy-related material, provide senior advisory support to recurring meetings, coordinate and orchestrate meetings and events, and track and manage general leadership assignments. Develop and maintain relationships and collaborate across the organization and with the individual programs within CTR. Liaise with external DoD stakeholders on program tasks and facilitation of product development.


Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with staffing DoD senior leadership, Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) Policy, or Interagency partners

-Experience with managing deadlines and tasking out requests of senior-level products

-Experience with providing administrative support towards senior leadership meetings and conferences

-Experience in diplomatic delivery of communications and coordination

-Experience working in a high pace, and dynamic environment

-Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree 


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with National Security Council, White House, or OSD Policy

-Knowledge of DoD organizational structure

-Knowledge of Congressional conference and reporting schedule

-Possession of excellent oral and written communications
