Action Group Support Specialist

Key Role:

Direct the work activities and staff engaged in office service communications, copy services, and functions, including mail, courier service, records retention, and the like. Assign work, determine scheduling, and review results. Perform normal supervisory duties involved in training, performance evaluation, discipline, and employee selection. Review mail room operations and organize courier and mail runs to provide the most effective pick-up and delivery of company mail. Maintain liaison with postal authorities and courier service contractors. Supervise records retention program. Leverage broad office services expertise, providing knowledge of equipment capabilities, operating procedures, and office practices.


Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with security processes and procedures, including document marking or handling, generating and transmitting classified visit requests, and opening and closing SSDP spaces

-Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

-Experience with the AFSPC Task Management Tool (TMT)

-Knowledge of HQ AFSPC and IC organizations and operating processes

-Ability to create and edit the full spectrum of AFSPC and IC forms, including Staff Summary sheets and Civilian Appraisals

-Ability to provide proficient management function to senior executive office requirements

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with working in special access program and special access required environments

-Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a diverse group of individuals focused on the accomplishment of common objectives

-MA or MS degree in Management or related field preferred


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
