Action Officer

Key Role:

Support the front office of a DoD agency as an action officer. Work closely with a high-performing, fast-paced team to support government clients. Perform tasks in a variety of areas, including liaising with key internal and external stakeholders, coordinating meetings, generating and consolidating briefing materials, and performing administrative tasks, as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience with the DoD community

-Experience with Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

-Experience with organizing reports, files, or other datasets

-Experience with tracking contracts and technical deliverables and recording meeting minutes

-Knowledge of DoD policies and procedures

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree or 5 years of experience with program management

Additional Qualifications:

-Ability to multi-task on a daily basis
-Ability to exhibit mature judgement when anticipating and solving problems
-Ability to be proactive, creative, and professional

-Possession of excellent foresight and time management skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
