Administrative Analyst, Senior

The Challenge:

We’re looking for an administrative analyst to help us support mission critical program offices and assist with programmatic.

As an administrative analyst on our project, you’ll help maintain and track schedules, interact with senior leadership, and ensure that mission operations are maintained. You’ll help customers overcome the challenges that come with. You’ll provide your customers insight into their organization through scheduling and performance management. This is an opportunity to broaden your skillset into areas like project management, lean six sigma, and the agile methodology. We focus on growing as a team, so you’ll share your expertise through leadership and mentoring as you help the team work through challenges and develop new methodologies. As a technical leader, you’ll identify new opportunities to streamline program activities to help your customers meet their needs. You Have:

-10+ years of experience in providing logistical, technical, and operations support

-5+ years of experience with developing project budgets, reports, and presentations

-Experience with establishing and managing multiple contractor relationships

-Experience in working with federal government contracts

-Experience with Microsoft Office

-Ability to interact and brief senior division leaders

-Active Secret Clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent organizational skills

-BA or BS degree
