Administrative and Business Process Management Specialist

Key Role:
Work with organizations to analyze the redesign of business processes. Provide clients with management consulting on organization redesign and new business processes. Test, document, and support a variety of industry specialties as a member of a project team. Have limited contact with junior members of client staff, as needed.

Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with working as an executive or administrative assistant, office manager, or event manager, including preparing reports, communication, and correspondence, providing organizational support, coordinating meetings and event logistics, and performing general administrative functions
-Experience with using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
-Ability to interface with clients by participating in client meetings, presenting work products to clients, and working directly with clients
-Ability to maintain the client's calendar and schedules and arrange travel
-Ability to pay strict attention to detail
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with budgeting and bookkeeping
-BA or BS degree in Business Administration 
-Microsoft Office Specialist Certification
