Administrative Assistant

Key Role:
Work with intuitive judgment to relieve teams of administrative details, including supplying requested information, scheduling appointments, preparing special reports, and obtaining information from sources within or outside of the company. Apply knowledge of technical and business vocabulary and team operations, organizational procedures, and personnel continuously. Collect and prepare information for use in discussions or meetings with external individuals, including customers and stakeholders. Initiate and follow up on high level contacts of a complex nature inside and outside of the agency and develop, draft, write, and edit reports, briefs, and proposals to support government requirements. Interface with personnel to coordinate meetings, maintain logs, records, and files, provide end-user support, and perform general administrative duties. Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics. Ensure the operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following the manufacturer's instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, including calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques.

Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with providing administrative support to project teams
-Experience with word processing and Microsoft Office applications
-Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
-Ability to schedule and coordinate meetings and schedules for executives and facilities
-Ability to assist with the preparation of presentations
-Active Top Secret clearance
-HS diploma or GED
