Administrative Assistant

Key Role:
Perform secretarial and administrative duties for Principal or Director-level executives. Perform duties of a highly confidential nature and apply intuitive judgment, knowledge, and the ability to relieve the Principal of administrative details, including supplying requested information, scheduling appointments, preparing special reports, and obtaining information from sources within or outside of the company. Use technical and business vocabulary and a detailed knowledge of company operations, organizational procedures, and personnel. Make independent decisions regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling work within established guidelines.

Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience in an executive administrative role, including providing support to an executive
-Experience in working with and instructing others on advanced software packages
-Experience in working with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, such as the calendar app, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

-Experience managing schedules and calendars with conflicting priorities
-Experience with military support
-Secret clearance
-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Army Regulation AR-25-50: Preparing and Managing Army Correspondence

-Experience with SharePoint, the Defense Travel Service (DTS), and the Automated Time, Attendance, and Production System (ATAAPS)
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-BA or BS degree
