Adobe Experience Manager/Systems Administrator

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for managing the functionality and efficiency related to system administration and configuration of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Content Management System in a Network Operation Center. Ensure long–term requirements of systems operations and administration are included in the overall information systems planning of the organization. Leverage knowledge of UNIX– or Windows–based operating systems and maintain responsibility for the installation, maintenance, configuration, and integrity of AEM computer software. Implement operating system enhancements to improve the reliability and performance of the system. Provide additional support, including conducting evaluation, integration, fielding, administration, maintenance, testing, and operation of networks, systems, and subsystems. Configure and maintain operational Windows and VMware ESXi server environments, demonstrate experience with AWS and Cloud migrations, maintain SAN storage arrays and system backups, support Microsoft IIS and SQL applications, and maintain and update network traffic management, routing, firewalls, and load balancing devices. Design, develop, and implement system changes and enhancements and work independently in a multitasking environment.

Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience with deploying AEM modules and configuring updates

-2+ years of experience with troubleshooting AEM–related issues

-Experience with content management systems, AEM installations and configurations in Windows or Linux,

-Experience with AEM administration, including user permissions, synchronization, sling, auditing, reporting, and workflows and AWS or Azure infrastructure
-Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager v6.2 or newer, including sites, apps, assets, forms, and communities

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Security+, AEM Architect, or AEM DevOps Engineer Certification preferred

-Experience monitoring AEM front–end and back–end performance and functionality, including instance status and bundle status, and maintaining and developing templates and workflows

-BA or BS degree
