Aerospace Engineer and Program Management Analyst

Key Role:

Work with a high performing and dynamic team to execute management and integration of technical programs regarding human spaceflight. Conduct process mapping and data gathering analysis activities, including compiling program reporting, creating traces explaining cost growth and relating it to content changes, and analyzing the development of processes for updating deliverables in a technical, complex and evolving environment. Translate enterprise goals into defined deliverables as a part of the annual budget cycle, then develop and maintain a content management strategy to enable quick access to the data by analysts. Coordinate with a diverse group of stakeholders to conduct activities. Learn quickly and complete important assignments on a short schedule. Contribute technical expertise to the management of client deliverables, develop client-ready products, including briefings, reports, and internal communications, and leverage industry best practices in management strategy.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with aerospace or systems engineering work

-Experience with data gathering and quantitative analysis, project performance, programmatic, or budget data collection, analysis, and reporting  

-Experience with managing the integration of information from multiple programs and tracking deliverables to ensure timely delivery

-Experience with leading and planning complex tasks, including daily client interaction, developing briefings for senior-level leaders in an organization, and identifying and implementing best practices

-Experience with distilling complex ideas into succinct presentations and presenting results to program leadership

-Experience with building dashboards for aggregation and analysis of quantitative data

-Experience with multiple functional areas, including cost, schedule, and risk integration

-Ability to obtain a security clearance required

-BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Access, Project, and Power BI

-Experience in programming with VBA, Python, or R

-Experience with writing SQL queries in Access

-Experience with supporting the client preferred
