Agile Coach and Requirements Analyst

Key Role:

Join a dynamic team as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, and Requirements Analyst for multiple product development teams supporting a large, complex big data effort. Conduct individual, team, and program-level Agile coaching, helping teams and clients adopt the agile mindset. Model and nurture an environment with clients and leaders focused on successful product delivery and continuous improvement. Help build a workplace of people who are excited to be a part of the team, and where success is celebrated and gratitude is freely given. Provide expertise in teaching, coaching, and mentoring with a variety of stakeholders, act as a facilitative leader and unlocking the wisdom of others. Facilitate common agile Scrum events, including daily stand ups, sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives, and program level planning. Serve as a Requirements Analyst, formulate and define feature scope and objective based on user needs and with a comprehension of business systems and industry requirements. Assist with business analysis and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into user stories in JIRA.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with IT

-3+ years of experience with working in an Agile Framework, including Scrum, Kanban, or Lean

-2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in an Agile environment

-Experience with scaling Agile

-Experience with software development and product ship cycles, including Scrum and Agile development techniques, such as release planning and tracking 

-Knowledge of DevOps, including DevOps process and environment

-Top Secret clearance

-Agile Certification, including Certified ScrumMaster, or ICAgile Certified Professional

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with JIRA administration

-Experience with providing Agile education

-Experience with Agile test-driven development, automated testing, and continuous integration environments

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree

-Additional Agile Coaching Certifications
