Agile Coach, Senior

Key Role:

Partner with a development team and PMO to take the team beyond getting delivery practices up and running into the deliberate pursuit of high performance. Coach, mentor, teach, and facilitate delivery teams and individuals in the adoption of Agile adaptive processes that promote continuous learning, feedback, and value-based delivery to support a financial management business transformation effort. Implement Agile methodology and best practices across the delivery team. Collaborate with various stakeholders across the government, development, and PMO teams to identify solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with implementing Agile methodologies and best practices

-Experience as an Agile coach on a large IT transformation effort

-Experience with the Momentum system

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-ICAgile Coach Certification
