Air Mobility Program Analyst

Key Role:

Provide subject matter expertise in support of an Air Force Command client’s Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) activities, including Analyses of Alternatives (AoAs) and the development of Initial Capabilities Documents (ICDs). Conduct analysis in conjunction with other related Air Force and joint JCIDS efforts. Apply knowledge of the defense acquisition process to support clients in the analysis and improvement of acquisition process policies and procedures and prepare briefings and reports on analysis methodology and results. Provide work leadership for lower level employees. Take a leadership role in generating intellectual capital to help the firm grow its business. This position will require the ability to conduct occasional travel.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with Air Force mobility operations or acquisitions
-Experience with Air Force requirements and acquisition processes and relating operational mission requirements to analytical measures
-Knowledge of the Air Force client’s organizational construct and mission
-Ability to develop, organize, and present materials for senior DoD leadership
-Active TS/SCI clearance
-MA or MS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with aircraft acquisition or modification, information technology, communications, or command and control systems requirements and acquisition preferred

-Experience with using analytical tools to display the impacts of various capability tradeoffs and impacts to potential alternatives
-Experience with conducting and displaying risk analysis

-Experience with Very Important Person or Special Air Mission requirements a plus
-Knowledge of the DoD requirements and acquisition process
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including expertise in technical writing
