Aircraft Maintenance Analyst

Key Role:

Serve as an Aircraft Maintenance Subject-Matter-Expert (SME) for an Air Force client. Conduct detailed analysis of Air Force aircraft maintenance policies and procedures, including flightline, intermediate, and depot-level maintenance processes, sortie generation activities, aircraft availability and fleet-health metrics, and aircraft scheduling processes. Use results to provide recommendations for increasing aircraft availability to support various flying hour scenarios or courses of action.


Basic Qualifications:
-15+ years of experience with Air Force aircraft maintenance

-Knowledge of organizational, intermediate, and depot-level maintenance processes and organizations

-Knowledge of Air Force maintenance policies and annual flying hour program development and management

-Knowledge of maintenance, aircraft availability, and fleet health metrics

-Knowledge of aircraft scheduling policies and processes

-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience as a Former Maintenance NCO or Officer in the 2AXXX or 21A specialty

-Possession of excellent analytical skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
