Aircraft Thermal Management Engineer

Key Role:

Work as a senior-level advisor supporting Joint clients by performing technical analysis for advanced fighter aircraft power and thermal management (PTMS) issues. Analyze and report on utilities and sub-system performance, including using analytical tools or test data to support system performance verification. Support future system PTMS requirements development. Communicate results to senior leaders and integrated product team members.


Basic Qualifications:
-10 years of experience with engineering, including acting as a PTMS subject matter expert
-1 year of experience with aircraft development for fourth generation or greater, including F-16, F-15, F/A-18, or F-22
-1 year of experience with the development and certification of an integrated air vehicle auxliary power and environmental management system
-1 year of experience with presenting technical data using a variety of oral and written formats and techniques
-Secret clearance
-BS degree and 14 years of experience with aerospace engineering or MS degree in Engineering


Additional Qualifications: 
-Experience with the proficient use of thermal analysis, engineering, and product lifecycle management tools, including Windchill, DOORS, MATLAB/Simulink, SAP, ENOVIA, SINDA, and Fluint


Clearance:
