All-Source C4I Analyst

Key Role:

Conduct all-source analysis for a DoD client, including geospatial analysis and imagery exploitation to identify and discover C4I telecommunications infrastructure in foreign systems and categorize the components of adversary infrastructure. Maintain and update existing C4I MIDB records and telecommunications networks in compliance with Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 203 and 206 sourcing standards. Maintain quality standards through quality control leads within each regional center, including validating the value and source reliability of the data gathered and inputting it into MIDB, single records, and bulk uploads. 

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with all-source intelligence

-Experience with conducting research including Boolean logic and high side reporting tools, including TAC, RMT, or Palantir

-Knowledge of tools, including MIDB/NPW, Google Earth, and ArcGIS

-Ability to produce deliverables with high-quality writing in a short time frame using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree or 4 years of experience in a professional work environment

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with imagery analysis or FMV

-Ability to speak and read a critical foreign language at a professional level

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph prefered
-BA or BS degree in Telecommunications Infrastructure, International Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, National Security Studies, CS, or Computer Networking preferred; MA or MS degree in International Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, National Security Studies, or CS, Computer Networking, or a related research field a plus
