All Source Counter-IED Intelligence Analyst

Key Role:

Comprehend and leverage all sources of information, including INTs, open source material, law enforcement data, and other government data and information on Remote Controlled Improvised Explosive Device (RCIED) threat capabilities, technologies, and activities in specified countries or regions. Use structured methodologies and techniques independently and apply specialized subject matter expertise to guide efforts. Serve as both a lead and a supporting analyst to develop and deliver sequenced, complex, fully sourced, and written Scientific and Technical Intelligence (S&TI) studies conformant with strict intelligence community (IC) analytic standards and formal or informal briefings. Conduct independent, direct communication, and effective collaboration with technical and regional analysts on the delivery team in the supported agency and at partner commands or agencies across the DoD and US government.


Basic Qualifications:

-5 years of experience in all source intelligence analysis with at least 2 of those years in Counter-IED (C-IED) intelligence analysis

-Experience with intelligence community directives on analytic standards

-Experience with using intelligence and C-IED technical sources and databases and common intelligence research and analysis tools or applications

-Ability to research multiple sources, interpret, evaluate, analyze, and assess complex information to determine relevance, and author concise, in-depth, all-source, and classified level S&TI analytical studies which are conformant with intelligence community analytic and sourcing standards, provide rapid responses to Requests for Information (RFI), and develop and present concise briefings or presentations summarizing findings for varied audiences

-Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with other analysts on the contract team in the supported agency and at US and allied partner organizations, agencies, or commands

-TS/SCI clearance

-AA or AS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with the military

-BA or BS degree in a related field

-Completion of a Formal Military or USG Intelligence Course of Instruction


Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
