All-Source Intelligence Analyst

Key Role:

Serve as an all-source intelligence analyst providing trends analysis, including correlation analysis of Air Force programs, technologies, and weapon systems, as it’s related to Cyber intrusions into Defense Industrial Base (DIB) Defense Contractor unclassified networks. Support the Air Force's Cyber damage assessment management office (AF DAMO) service lead under the Air Force directorate of chief information security officer, Cybersecurity division at the DoD Cyber crime center (DC3) to produce damage assessment reports. Use open source information, classified intelligence reporting, finished intelligence products, and collaborate with subject matter experts across the intelligence community (IC) to enhance the damage assessment process and reports. Analyze large datasets using keyword search tools to respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) regarding Air Force program, technology, and weapon system information that may have been compromised during a potential intrusion into defense contractor’s unclassified networks. Exhibit knowledge of Air Force and DoD weapons and technology programs, have an all-source intelligence analysis background and a basic knowledge of counterintelligence. Work independently and with a geographically disperse team. This position is located at Linthicum, MD.


Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst

-3+ years of experience with writing analytic reports and papers

-Experience with research and analysis

-Experience with Air Force programs, weapon systems and technologies, and weapon system

development programs

-Experience with searching SIPRNet data repositories

-Ability to show proficiency in reporting classified repositories, search tools, databases, and open-source intelligence gathering

-Ability to present information oral and written, clearly and concisely

-Ability to travel within the Washington, DC Metro Area

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree or 7+ years of experience with all-source work in lieu of a degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience as an Air Force all-source analyst

-Experience with Cyber-attack vectors and Cyber threat actors

-Experience using and searching JWICS data repositories

-Experience with DoD processes, Army, Navy and Joint command programs, and weapon system development programs


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
