Amazon Web Services Developer

Key Role:

Conduct systems analysis and programming activities related to the development, maintenance, and installation of computer programs to support internal business operations. Apply basic principles, theories, and concepts to job assignments on a limited basis. Perform work closely managed, following standardized practices and procedures involving limited problem-solving. Interface with the supervisor or manager and other professionals in the work group.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with Cloud computing technologies

-Experience with proven design principles

-Experience with working on the development and maintenance of Amazon Web Services (AWS)

-Experience with working on deploying code to AWS

-Experience with developing and maintaining a notification system

-Knowledge of Cloud platforms, including AWS and Agile development methodologies, such as DNS, ELB, S3, EC2, CloudFront, CloudWatch, SNS, and SQS

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

Additional Qualifications:

-Knowledge of software frameworks and standards

-Public Trust clearance

-BA or BS degree in CS
