Analytic Program Manager

Key Role:
Support a highly visible government organization by managing project processes, including analyzing budget and financial development, production schedules, and strategic planning and communications. Collaborate with senior leaders on the daily operations of the organization, conduct research and analysis to develop written assessments, and gather, process, and evaluate intelligence information for a strategic client. Analyze and synchronize strategic guidelines, processes, and procedures. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and present options and recommendations to government clients. Support analytical process improvements and ensure quality assurance reviews are done on all products. Analyze corporate business processes across the organization and recommend or assist with the implementation of standard operating procedures and records management standards. Apply research and analytical processes, tools, and techniques to a range of intelligence challenges.
 

Basic Qualifications:
-Experience in the intelligence community (IC), including interacting with senior–level government officials
-Experience with analyzing detailed plans, terms of reference, reports, and briefings and tracking documentation throughout their development and coordination
-Experience with producing research papers for senior–level review
-Experience with conducting independent studies and analyses to assist with making process improvement decisions
-Experience with analyzing spend plan development and management and production tracking and monitoring
-Experience with conference and events coordination
-Knowledge of the IC's structure and IC member organizations' roles and capabilities
-Ability to use independent judgment to recommend solutions
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-BA or BS degree and 4 years of experience with business strategy and communications
 

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with presenting results in a format that provides alternatives with cost, performance, and mission impacts that will allow leadership to make informed decisions
-Experience with SharePoint or Tableau
-Ability to evaluate topics of interest and possible alternatives and develop, produce, and distribute data calls
-Ability to coordinate work activities with outside entities, contractors, and organizations
 

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
