Analytic Tradecraft and Training Advisor

Key Role:

Support the client’s IC-wide efforts to modernize its analytic workforce. Advise clients on current and emerging GEOINT analytic practices, including Structured Observation Management (SOM), Object-Based Production, analytic modeling, and Activity-based Intelligence (ABI), as related to the organization’s strategic vision and teach analysts how to integrate said practices into everyday workflows. Engage with SMEs to develop training content and tailor the courses for delivery via formal and informal channels. Facilitate and support tradecraft focus groups, educational development efforts, and the development of tradecraft career tools, as needed. Serve as an advisor to implementation teams and provide guidance on innovation activities.


Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with structured data analysis and geo-spatial database development for data management and reporting

-Experience with formal or informal training delivery

-Experience with stakeholder engagement, team building, and event facilitation

-Knowledge of seminar planning, development, and implementation

-Knowledge of multiple analytic methodologies, including ABI, SOM, or OBP

-Knowledge of imagery analysis or geo-spatial analysis tradecraft

-Ability to exhibit flexibility, initiative, and innovation in dealing with ambiguous, fast–paced situations

-Ability to travel up to 15-25% of the time, as needed

-TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with strategic initiatives for GEOINT Curriculum management

-Experience with Analytic Modernization

-Experience as an IA or GA

-Ability to be a self-starter and independently initiate, plan, frame issues, execute, and report on tasks as identified and approved by the government


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
