Application Developer, Lead

Key Role:

Conduct systems analyses and programming activities related to the development, maintenance, and installation of computer programs to client and commercial application systems. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts to job assignments and contribute to the advancement of industry expertise. Solve the most complex technical problems of critical importance to the organization's technical direction. Serve as an expert in the field and lead the development and implementation of key technologies for the organization. Develop relationships with clients, be highly valued for knowledge and trusted advice, and interact with senior-level clients. Work on developing competencies in the project and financial management, be involved in managing teams, and formulating business strategies. Guide the progress of projects and mentor junior staff in firm and technical competencies.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience in Agile development

-3+ years of experience in Cloud computing, virtualization, or Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)

-TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Atlassian JIRA tool for Agile processes, program management, and issue tracking
-Experience with Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) Integration Backbone (DIB) Enterprise Suite (DES) for data aggregation and data sharing
-Experience with eCore Content Discovery and Retrieval Engine (CDRE) for search infrastructure
-Experience with MongoDB and MySQL as Open Source alternatives for persistent data
-Experience with JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (EAP) for Java EE compliant application hosting

-Ability to interface with senior leadership and government personnel

-Ability to work independently and in a team environment

-BA or BS degree in Cyber preferred

-Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)

-Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
