Assessment and Authorization Project Analyst, Lead

Key Role:

Apply knowledge of Cybersecurity and privacy analysis and consulting throughout the security assessment and compliance life cycle process. Analyze and finalize Cybersecurity and privacy policies, programs, compliance artifacts, and standards in support of government and industry security compliance, systems accreditation, and management. Analyze the development of the documentation, validation, and accreditation processes necessary to ensure systems meet security and privacy requirements. Assess the effectiveness of an organization’s IT security and privacy training program, including conducting social engineering exercises to ensure training remains consistent with current Cybersecurity and privacy threats and policies and assist with achieving full compliance with any and all laws and regulations. Provide leadership and mentoring to junior employees. Act as a leader on large programs and projects that affect the organization's long-term goals and objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

-12+ years of experience in the Cybersecurity field

-8 years of experience with assessment and authorization
-5 years of experience with project management work
-3 years of experience as a security control assessor or validator

-Experience with RMF processes, NIST SP 800-37, NIST SP 800-53, and CNSSI 1253

-Ability to analyze the development of A&A policies, procedures, and plans to establish the A&A process

-Top Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

-8570.01-M IAM level 3 Certification, including CISSP, CISM, or CASP

-Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Additional Qualifications:

-TS/SCI clearance

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
