Assured Positioning, Navigation, and Timing Project Lead, Senior

Key Role:
Manage all Assured-Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (A-PNT) Maritime, Submarine, and Air platforms systems efforts, as assigned by the Navy client's program manager. Assist the client with developing and maturing a vision for assured PNT, including the identification of capability gaps and requirements. Ensure alignment between Navy, Joint, and Services assured PNT roadmaps and manage the delivery of multiple project initiatives designed to enhance the services and level of support provided to the client. Maintain responsibility for the overall planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and delivery of all projects prioritized in alignment with the client’s expectations and business needs. Ensure the ongoing process or system capability associated with projects and manage any changes required to meet or exceed the expectations established in project designs. Direct the activities of consultants, analysts, specialists, and sub-contractors and maintain responsibility for ensuring appropriate resources are allocated and maintained to facilitate the successful completion of multiple projects. Act as the specialist on complex technical and business matters and determine work priorities based on general direction from managers.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience as a military officer or civilian supporting the DoD

-3+ years of experience with managing a DoD program

-Knowledge of the DoD acquisition process

-Ability to communicate with clients and stakeholders clearly and effectively

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-TS/SCI clearance preferred
