Aviation Program Analyst

Key Role:

Support strategic analysis, aviation operational concept development, and emerging technology requirement elicitation tasks as part of a team supporting a government agency. Conduct research, evaluations, and studies and present recommendations to support an agency's long-term and short-term operational plans. Leverage expertise in communications and data reporting, SharePoint, and Project Server. Analyze the drafting of communication plans. Support clients in senior leadership positions. Analyze briefings, presentations, and other documentation to support internal program audiences and senior US government staff.

Basic Qualifications:

-6+ years of experience with program or project management

-2+ years of experience in managing and interfacing with large and diverse stakeholder lists independently

-2+ years of experience with communicating US government strategies to a broad set of stakeholders, including researching industry best practices and trends to support client goals

-2+ years of experience with creating communication management plans, conducting strategic communications, and data reporting, including Excel, and Publisher and PowerPoint

-Experience with Microsoft Project, Project Server, and SharePoint, including basic programming

-Experience with developing briefings or documentation and communicating to US government staff, including providing thoughtful recommendations to leadership for improving the execution of US government strategies

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Microsoft Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint

-Knowledge of the Department of Transportation a plus

-Ability to develop aviation operational or programmatic requirements

-Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
