Biometrics Subject Matter Expert/Biometrics Solutions Engineer, Senior

Key Role:

Provide high-level consultation to clients with technical needs regarding biometrics, including developing engineering solutions to complex problems. Build relationships within government sectors, including leading proposal efforts and building new business contracts. Assist with leading technical teams through the delivery of sold work by managing and consulting on sold work. Liaise with program or project sponsors, customers, and other stakeholders.


Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with proposal writing and business development work in the government biometrics space

-Experience with developing engineering or technical solutions for clients and leading those efforts with delivery teams

-Knowledge of biometric technology at the advanced level

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree


Advanced Qualifications:

-Experience in federal law enforcement circles

-Experience with engineering preferred

-TS/SCI clearance preferred
-BS degree in an Engineering, Science, or Technical field preferred; MBA or MS degree a plus

-Biometric Technology certifications a plus


Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
