Business Development and Client Delivery Manager

Key Role:

Work as a key lead in a dynamic, diverse, and geographically dispersed team to help plan and execute marketing strategy for the Naval client leveraging other firm connections that are supporting Naval client organizations that may connect to the client's mission, including submarines, Integrated Warfare Systems (IWS), Naval mine, and Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW). Drive and develop knowledge of emerging client requirements, contribute to marketing strategy, messaging, target audience segmentation, analyses, opportunity pipeline development, and multi-channel client experiences for a growing business segment. Contribute to the development and leadership of data-driven and stakeholder-driven integrated marketing strategies, including growth offerings in engineering, rapid prototyping, information warfare, sensitive operations, Cyber, software and systems development, analytics, and consulting. Collaborate with extended teams and business developers to establish integrated marketing campaigns to grow market share, build the brand, and achieve business objectives and assist with leading the team to position for and capture opportunities and lead subsequent resulting tasks. Work as a business development and client delivery subject matter expert in Naval operations, including Naval research and development (R&D) and Naval science and technology (S&T) fields as it might pertain to the client’s business lines and information warfare or intelligence. Leverage Naval officer or senior civilian expertise with various organizations, including NAVSEA and NAVSEA Warfare Centers, Numbered Fleets, TYCOMs, OPNAV, COCOMs, or similar. Perform all-source scientific and technical operational or intelligence analyses to determine characteristics of various systems and processes. This position will require travel to the client site in Keyport, WA and is located in Seattle, WA.

Basic Qualifications: 

-10+ years of experience with multiple classified Naval programs or projects, including working in a Naval Warfare Center or Echelon III command 

-3+ years of experience in professional services business development

-Ability to work as an integral member of a business development and client delivery team

-Ability to engage key client stakeholders to discuss firm capabilities and services on Naval classified projects

-Ability to analyze current market needs and identify viable business development opportunities in Navy classified projects and programs

-Top Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience as N3 or J3 department leadership or DoD Naval classified program or project management

-Experience with Navy test and evaluation activities and processes

-Possession of excellent collaborative, relationship building, and time management skills

-BA or BS degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field preferred
