Key Role:
Provide business financial management and administrative support to a DoD advanced research and development agency. Perform administrative coordination, program management and progress tracking, meeting coordination and conference planning, financial analysis, and document coordination. Analyze and update basic program documents, including funding documents, multi-slide briefings, and presentations. Maintain responsibility for analytical, technical, and administrative duties in one or more phases of the budgetary process. Work with a fast-paced, multi-disciplined team made up of technical subject matter experts, program and financial analysts, contract administrators, government partners, and government project managers supporting the advancement of the current state-of-the-art in a wide range of technology areas.
Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with managing defense programs
-5+ years of experience in a DoD environment
-Experience with new program acquisition, solicitations, and contracting actions
-Experience with developing programs, including creating budgets and schedules and tracking financial commitments, obligations, and expenditures
-Experience with managing schedule, budget, and program risks in a fast-paced environment
-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with financial analysis
-Experience with providing analysis and support to defense research and development programs
-Experience in working with the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) financial systems
-Experience with generating Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request (MIPR) or Purchase Request (PR) documents
-Ability to exhibit flexibility, adaptability, and a team orientation
-BA or BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
Clearance:
