Business Operations and Knowledge Manager

Key Role:

Address the business operations and administrative needs of the U.S Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER) force development and lead efforts to enhance processes across the directorate, including coordination of knowledge management, records management, business continuity plan administration, and Army Force management and development community awareness. Develop and customize SharePoint solutions for the directorate and its subordinate divisions. Advise on and advance a knowledge management strategy to drive knowledge creation, capture, sharing or collaboration, use, and transfer. Gather user requirements, analyze business processes, and work with divisions to define and scope SharePoint projects, document requirements, and applications functionality. Work with director-level executives to define and create tasking to ensure that task execution is successfully completed to ensure mission success. Support the development of directorate processes and best practices. Serve as the directorate expert on matters pertaining to administrative procedures.


Basic Qualifications:

-4+ years of experience with knowledge management in a professional environment

-3+ years of experience with SharePoint solution development, configuration, or customization

-Experience with Microsoft Productivity Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

-Ability to schedule and coordinate meetings and schedules for executives

-Ability to assist with the preparation of presentations

-Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal direct supervision

-Ability to multi-task, balance competing priorities, pay strict attention to details, and meet deadlines

-Secret clearance


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with the Defense Travel System to create authorizations, prepare reservations, and receive approvals

-Experience with Microsoft SharePoint to track and manage outstanding and completed tasks

-Knowledge of federal travel regulations and conference planning rules

-Knowledge of USSTRATCOM, USCYBERCOM, HQDA, and Joint Staff processes and procedures

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree
