Business Operations/Contract Financial Analyst

Key Role:

Perform detailed financial and administrative activities, including detailed invoice backup documentation for relatively large and complex programs and organizations. Maintain responsibility for coordination with Accounts Receivables to ensure timely submission of invoices. Oversee and track required contract adjustments. Initiate and manage subcontract, vendor, and material purchase requests.


Basic Qualifications:
-1+ years of experience with working in a business or financial management environment
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel
-Ability to think analytically and conduct trend analysis
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree in Business


Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including using formulas and functions in calculations and analysis
-Experience in working with federal government contracts
-Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation, federal budget process, and funds management
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
