Business Operations Coordinator

Key Role:

Work individually and collaboratively to perform business operations within a Booz Allen program management office for a DoD client. Employ project management approaches, techniques, and tools to plan and monitor short-term civilian defense personnel deployments around the globe. Research and draft cost estimates for international travel and vendor agreements. Track documentation for traveler training and transportation requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with Microsoft Excel and SharePoint

-Knowledge of project management

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

-Ability to work near simultaneously and effectively on multiple tasks

-Ability to pay strict attention to detail

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Microsoft Project or other project management and scheduling tools

-Experience with planning international travel

-Knowledge of security cooperation and defense institution building

-Knowledge of the Fly America Act, Joint Travel Regulations (JTR), Federal Travel Regulations (FTR), and Department of State Standardized Regulations (DSSR), Section 925

-Knowledge of Booz Allen's travel policy, Expense Online (EOL), and Concur

-Knowledge of basic contracting financials

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills, including being a self-starter and working with people with varying levels, backgrounds, and nationalities

-Secret clearance

-PMP Certification
