Business Operations Specialist, Senior

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for a wide variety of detailed financial and administrative activities for relatively large or complex programs, organizations, or proposals. Anticipate and respond to customer needs and serve as a primary point of contact for customers, as needed. Apply expertise in program requirements. Recommend and analyze the development of techniques for estimating parameters for proposals. Analyze budget preparation, including the authorization of budget expenditures. Provide work leadership to junior employees, as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with financial data and reconciliation of estimations versus actuals

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel

-Ability to manage work with minimal directions, multi-task, and handle high volumes of work

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications

-Knowledge of project and program control, pricing, and task reconciliation

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics
