Business Operations Specialist

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for a wide variety of detailed financial and administrative activities for relatively large and complex programs, organizations, or proposals. Anticipate and respond to client needs and serve as a primary point of contact for clients. Leverage knowledge of program requirements. Recommend and develop techniques for estimating parameters for proposals. Prepare budgets and authorize budget expenditures within Booz Allen Hamilton. Provide work leadership for junior employees.


Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with program and project financial management

-Experience with government contracting

-Experience with Microsoft Excel, advanced formulas, and its effective use in a financial tracking, analysis, and reporting environment

-Knowledge of GAAP and public company SEC guidance

-Ability to discuss and resolve administrative and financial issues effectively within a team

-Ability to be a team player, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing requirements

-BA or BS degree
