Business Operations Support Associate

Key Role:

Leverage expertise in general management consulting and process improvement. Assist a federal client with identifying, scoping, and planning large, complex organizational change initiatives, including IT improvements, business process improvements, or efficiency management. Support in providing instructional design, multimedia, and graphics design support to create a variety of instructional products. Participate in all stages of the development life cycle from initial concept, gathering requirements, and conducting stakeholder interviews to assist with content design, development, and deployment. Serve as a focal point for multiple cross-organizational programs that promote business process, IT, and financial efficiencies. Support activities in providing overall business assessments, including communicating metrics and score card results, and analyzing trends to make recommendations for process improvements.

Basic Qualifications:

-5 years of experience working in a professional environment

-Knowledge of Navy Business and Financial Systems

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is preferred

-Knowledge of complex business topics

-Ability to support multiple initiatives and balance resources and time concurrently to meet iterative requirements and changing priorities

-Ability to articulate a to-be vision for change, associated pros and cons, and a transition roadmap

-Ability to translate a vision into strategic and tactical plans and execute resulting plans with minimal supervision

-Ability to identify, scope, and plane large, complex organizational change initiatives including IT improvements, business process improvements, or efficiency management

-Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Clearance:
