Business Performance Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Provide business performance analysis services and support overall business assessments. Communicate metrics and score card results, analyze trends, make recommendations for process improvements, and assist with the implementation of process improvements. Balance all resource requirements and available resources across multiple matrixed initiatives based on portfolio priorities. Coordinate with the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) and Government Technical Monitors (GTMs) to appropriately engage resources. Provide direct project management for surge initiatives and stewardship activities and a strategic outlook for all client business areas. Benchmark how industry and other government agencies are addressing similar issues to those faced by the client.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience in a professional work environment

-Experience with Maximo, SharePoint, or Cognos

-Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple workstreams

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-HS diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in a business field or BA or BS degree
