Business Performance Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Provide support with overall business assessments, communicate metrics and score card results, analyze trends, and make recommendations to improve organizational performance through changes to strategy, organization structure, process, human capital or culture, information technology, enterprise cost reduction, management practices, and cost drivers. Consult on identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to improve client performance and process improvements. Examine less complex systems and consult on the development of specific cost reduction solutions and business case analyses to support transformation efforts. Serve as a practitioner with more than one area of expertise in the management consulting pillars and other functional communities.

Basic Qualifications:

-5 years of experience in professional services

-Experience with project support or management

-Experience with Microsoft Office

-Ability to demonstrate a strong customer service-oriented and “can do” attitude

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-HS diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in a professional work environment or service in the US Armed Forces with an honorable discharge or BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with agency organization and processes, including IT and business

-Experience with Maximo, SharePoint, and Cognos preferred

-Knowledge of agency technology and financial processes

-Ability to build relationships with personnel at all levels of the organization

-Ability to effectively represent the EPO to the larger FS community

-Ability to think autonomously and take initiative

-Ability to ask appropriate follow-up questions during stakeholder interviews or meetings

-Possession of excellent meeting management and facilitation, management consulting, critical-thinking, and analytical skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
