Business Performance Analyst

Key Role:
Serve as a member of a business analysis team performing quantitative and qualitative analysis. Provide business intelligence briefings to decision makers, including answering their toughest questions. Support the facilities project manager community in the use of existing tools, root-cause identification, and anomaly collection. Apply knowledge of USGC systems, document as-is client business practices, and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to document, propose, and implement business process improvements. Support multiple cross-organizational programs that promote business processes, IT, and financial efficiencies. Perform data collection and analysis using Microsoft Excel and develop charts and graphs to depict data results. Support the development of Microsoft PowerPoint briefings and operate and maintain existing Microsoft Excel-based cost models.

Basic Qualifications:
-3 years of experience in a professional work environment
-Experience with project support or management
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Ability to communicate with all levels of organization
-Ability to demonstrate consultative expertise
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-HS diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a professional work environment or BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Agency organization and processes, including IT and business
-Experience with technology, including Maximo, SharePoint, and Cognos preferred
-Knowledge of Agency technology and financial processes
-Ability to build relationships with personnel at all levels of the organization
-Ability to be client-service oriented with a can-do attitude
-Ability to effectively represent the EPO to the larger community
-Ability to think autonomously and take initiative
-Ability to ask appropriate follow-up questions during stakeholder interviews or meetings
-Possession of excellent meeting management and facilitation skills
-Possession of excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
