Business Process and Risk Analyst

Key Role:

Work with organizations to redesign business processes. Assist clients with management consulting on organization redesign and new business processes. Maintain responsibility for managing smaller projects or segments of larger projects. Provide clients with consulting on other effects of new business processes. Offer expertise in a particular industry. Assist business development team with writing and presenting proposals for moderately large or complex projects. Contact with middle and senior level executives at the client.

Basic Qualifications:

-6+ years of experience with project and program management activities

-5+ years of experience with risk analysis and business process analysis

-2+ years of experience on IT-focused engagements

-Experience with analyzing data, developing detailed process maps with risks and controls that align to the critical business operations and associated personnel, systems, maximum tolerated downtime of each division and function, including high-level reports 

-Ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements and vice-versa

-Public Trust clearance

-BA or BS degree

-Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in project management

-Experience with document design and graphics

-Experience in developing complex, highly visible reports

-Knowledge of Excel and Visio

-Ability to be detail oriented and multi-task

-Possession of excellent organizational skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession excellent interpersonal skills, including interfacing effectively with a broad range of people and roles
