Business Process Management and Administrative Specialist

Key Role:

Work with organizations to redesign business processes. Provide clients with management consulting on organization redesign and new business processes. Test, document, and provide support for a variety of industry specialties. Interact with junior members of the client staff on a limited basis. This position is for an entry-level trainee.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with working as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, office manager, or event manager, paying strict attention to detail

-Experience with preparing various reports, communication, and correspondence, providing organizational support, coordinating meeting and event logistics, and performing general administrative functions

-Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

-Ability to interface with clients by participating in client meetings, presenting work products to clients, and working directly with clients

-Ability to maintain client calendar and schedules and arrange travel

-HS diploma of GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with budgeting and bookkeeping

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree in Business Administration

-Microsoft Office Specialist Certification
