Business Process Support SME

Key Role:

Provide second-tier support to end users for either PC, server, or mainframe applications and hardware. Handle problems, ensuring that the first-tier of help desk support is unable to resolve. Interact with network services, software systems engineering, or applications development to restore services and identify and correct core problem. Simulate or recreate user problems to resolve operating difficulties. Recommend systems modifications to reduce user problems. Maintain current and highest level of technical skill in the field of expertise.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience in a professional work environment

-5+ years of experience in working with help desk teams

-5+ years of experience in working with the FDA

-Knowledge of FDA CDER Help Desk SOP's and policies

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-MBA degree preferred
