Business Process/Transformation Consultant, Mid

Key Role:

Work with organizations to redesign business processes and provide clients with management consulting on organization redesign and new business processes. Provide clients with consulting on other effects of new business processes and apply knowledge of process improvement and change management in developing and executing process improvement initiatives. Assist with the design, facilitation, delivery, and implementation of process solutions, strategies, and performance measures for change initiatives. Document existing business processes and develop improvement recommendations to support developing efficient and effective solutions for DoD clients. Recommend and conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to support solution development, as required. Consult with the project manager and project team members regarding solution designs and business process improvement activities. Assist team members with the development of process maps, briefing materials, reports, metrics, and project deliverables.  

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with process improvement methodologies, including business process reengineering and Lean or Six Sigma

-Experience with developing process documentation

-Experience with gathering and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data

-Experience with developing improvement recommendations

-Experience with using process mapping software, including Microsoft Visio or similar

-Ability to demonstrate strong skills

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

-Green Belt Certification or Green Belt Trained

Additional Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with developing and implementing process improvement or change management recommendations

-Experience with designing, facilitating, and conducting stakeholder analyses

-Experience with designing, facilitating, and mapping process improvement activities, including group events

-Experience in conducting interviews with subject matter experts

​-Experience with NAVAIR

-Possession of excellent analytical, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
