Business Program Leader

Key Role:

Drive market growth from a market, delivery, and administrative perspective. Apply expertise as a results-oriented, innovative business leader with a background in modern digital technology and analytics, primarily bringing new applications and services to the market and developing new business. Work as a thought leader and provide capabilities and solutions that generate significant revenue, business, and industry performance. Define strategies for identifying and capturing key opportunities, drive exceptional delivery, and continue to grow the administrative team, ensuring scaling in key skillsets. Interact directly with multiple senior-level leaders on strategy and maintain a broad, collaborative network across the firm.

Basic Qualifications:

-15+ years of experience with leading large teams and programs, developing strategies, and growing business

-Experience with working across technology and analytics capabilities

-Experience with mentoring, developing, and managing highly productive leaders and a team that can win new business, develop solutions, and lead large-scale, complex captures and proposals

-Experience in a DoD environment

-Knowledge of legacy technology systems

-Ability to transform legacy to digital platform

-Ability to work collaboratively within a matrixed environment and apply a track record as a business leader and innovator

-Ability to align solutions with business needs and create innovative approaches to address client requirements

-Secret clearance required

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in an AF environment preferred

-Experience with DoD logistics and mobility platforms

-Experience with leading large-scale, transformation or modernization programs for the DoD

-Possession of excellent management and analytical skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Top Secret clearance preferred

-MA or MS degree preferred
