Helpdesk Support Specialist

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for providing Tier III life cycle support to enterprise clients on firm-issued computing devices. Resolve incidents and inquiries to clients’ satisfaction within established Service Level Agreements. Provide guidance on and enforcement of the firm’s IT asset management policy. Maintain process documentation, including resolution notes and operating procedures. Produce daily reports on key performance indicators for the team lead. Assist the team lead with daily operations of the tech depot.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ months of experience as an intern within a corporate business services team

-Experience with incident management, asset management, and procurement systems

-Experience with Windows and Macintosh operating systems

-Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016 at an advanced level with an emphasis on Excel and Access

-Ability to pay strict attention to detail

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-Scheduled to obtain a BA or BS degree by June 2019

Additional Qualifications:

-Knowledge of ITAM and ITIL best practices

-Ability to multi-task independently in a fast-paced environment

-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
