Business Strategy and Operations Analyst, Senior

Key Role:
Provide business strategy, operations, and analytical leadership, manage client relationships, and drive business development to support West Coast Marine Corps clients. Coordinate and collaborate with Marine Corps account leadership and other Marine Corps client delivery teams across the firm to define, assess, and address support requirements, identify and mitigate risk proactively, and deliver cross-functional support successfully in accordance with contractual objectives and performance standards. Conduct research and leverage domain or functional expertise to develop multi-disciplinary capability offerings and prosecute market strategies for support to Marine Corps clients. Work independently and represent the firm and the firm’s customers in a range of venues and facilitate cooperative working relationships among customer organizations and project stakeholders with differing missions. This position is located in San Diego, CA.

Basic Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience with the Marine Corps as military, civilian, or contractor
-Experience with Marine operational analytical assessments
-Experience with overseeing project planning, execution, technical performance, contract compliance, and financial management
-Experience with all phases of the business development life cycle
-Ability to collaborate within and across diverse customer organizations and project stakeholders to achieve project objectives
-Active Secret clearance

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) capabilities
-Experience with supporting Marine Corps operational assessments, strategic planning, operational, and training activities
-Experience in working with and participating in exercises directed by the US Pacific Command, US Marine Forces Pacific, I MEF, or its major subordinate commands (MSCs)
-Knowledge of Marine Corps' organization, operating model, and expeditionary doctrine
-Ability to research and identify business development opportunities, build and manage a sales pipeline, and support bid and proposal efforts
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including identifying and resolving issues or risks proactively, effectively, and in a timely manner
-BA or BS degree preferred
