C-IED Biometrics Trainer

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for training US and multinational personnel C-IED biometrics lines of effort. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and trainer on US Army biometrics equipment, including Biometrics Automated Toolset-Army and Biometrics Automated Toolset-Army-Handheld, including the SME on biometrics integration into US Army Europe exercises, provide planning expertise to US and multinational Soldiers. Serve as an SME on biometrics integration into the C-IED network engagement process. Exhibit knowledge of US and NATO biometrics doctrine and policies. Deliver an academic curriculum, including classroom and design and implement Enhanced Maneuver Training (EMT) lanes, including practical exercises. Conduct training on the primary site at the Joint Multinational Readiness Center (JMRC) and via Mobile Training Team (MTT) missions to partner nations throughout EUCOM. Review and submit training curriculum through Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO) processes to ensure compliance with classification reliability, including review and update training curriculum to ensure it reflects the most current training concepts, tasks, and references, as aligned to US and NATO training doctrine.

Basic Qualifications:

-2 years of experience with NATO and multinational forces or units

-Experience in US biometric equipment systems

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree and 3 years of experience with operations, AA or AS degree and 7 years of experiences with US military NCO, or 11 years of experience as a US military NCO, field grade officer, or warrant officer in lieu of a degree

Additional Qualifications:

-US Army Biometrics System Certification

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance.
