C-IED Program Management Analyst

Key Role:

Assist Army National Guard (ARNG) leadership with training support and management oversight of a geographically dispersed team providing Counter-Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED), Asymmetric Warfare (AW), Virtual Battle Space (VBS), Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS) and Subterranean (SUB-T) training supporting the Army National Guard across 54 states and territories. Provide unity of command supporting the client by coordinating with staff to develop training, resources, and communications to meet ARNG-specific training needs. Coordinate with ARNG staff sections and Garrison and State activities to improve training facilities and ranges. Assess, update, and deliver training communications and coordinate with DoD agencies to provide continuity and expertise in enabling awareness and effective use of ARNG training assets supporting training and readiness.


Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with the US Army

-5+ years of experience with leading training

-Experience with readiness resource requirements, regional collective training centers, mobilization installations, major mission commands, and home station training events

-Top Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

-Graduate of the US Army Captain Career Course, Warrant Officer Advanced Course or Army Senior Leader or USMC Advance Course


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with ARNG program management

-Experience with ARNG budgetary processes

-Experience with briefing senior US Army leadership

-Experience with strategy integration of integrating simulations and technology-based exercises into unit and soldier training

-TS/SCI clearance


Clearance:
