C-UAS Trainer/Integrator

Key Role:

Provide government site Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS) training integration to Army Forces and assist unit commanders and operations staff with integrating C-UAS training into home station training (HST), field training, pre-mission training (PMT), combined training center rotations, and Joint exercises. Coordinate with the client on C-UAS training, equipment, enablers, and resources and provide C-IED training to soldiers at Fort Bragg and other locations. Act as the train-the-trainer facilitator for leaders. Enhance the commanders' ability to manage training resources, particularly for non-standard and non-Program of Record (POR) training devices. Assist commanders and operations staff with integrating C-UAS training into pre-mission training scenarios and STX lanes, including both platform instruction in a classroom environment and support to unit collective training in the field. Maintain non-POR training devices so that equipment is in proper working order for training. Coordinate with the military client for the replacement of damaged equipment and missing equipment.


Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with the military

-Experience in Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) 12B, 18B, 18C, 18D, 18E, 18F, 18Z, or 89D

-Secret clearance

-HS diploma or GED

-Completion of the Advanced Non-Commissioned Officer Course (SLC) or Warrant Officer Basic Course (WOBC)


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Army sUAS and C-UAS

-Experience with assignments as an instructor

-Experience with assignments to higher level commands

-Top Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

-Completion of Instructor Training Course (ITC) or equivalent
