C4I Installation Lead

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for overseeing the installation of network transmission capabilities across air, land, sea, and space platforms. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of C4I installations, including conducting site surveys for requirements analysis or solution planning, developing optimized install plans to assure equipment accessibility, local facility integration, and efficient ground equipment and satellite resource usage, testing or evaluating candidate material solutions, fielding and sustainment of solutions, and producing install documentation or agreements, such as facility design criteria, site survey report, project concurrence memo, site preparation plan, task or test execution plans, and configuration management updates, and systems acceptance or accreditation documents. Perform engineering studies to determine requirements, long-range engineering plans, and designs of telecommunication systems.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with the installation or deployment of C4I-related systems

-Experience with Line-of-Sight (LOS) or Beyond LOS RF transmissions systems, including handheld and man-pack radios, data links, Full Motion Video Distribution Systems, or satellite systems

-TS/SCI clearance

-BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with analysis related to the design, development, and integration of hardware, software, and machine interfaces for integrated C4I solutions

-Experience with the development and integration of system test requirements, strategies, devices, and systems

-Experience with supporting airborne, maritime, and ground vehicular Communications On-the Move (COTM) capability

-BS degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering, System Engineering, or Network Engineering
