Change Management Consultant, Lead

Key Role:

Serve as a lead expert on continuous process improvement strategies, organizational redesign, change management projects, and performance measures for very complex and multiple business process engagements, including improvements that can be implemented in any functional area and are not limited to IT. Specialize in a technical field and maintain responsibility for identifying and eliminating duplication, outsourcing opportunities, streamlining, centralizing, business improvement processes, manufacturing improvement processes, or vendor selection. Exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Create formal networks involving coordination among groups. Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. Supervise the activities of others, as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with producing client-ready products, optimizing business performance, and managing enterprise-level projects

-Experience with building and maintaining client relationships in a team-based government or management consulting environment

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including developing and manipulating Excel spreadsheets and creating PowerPoint products

-Experience with facilitating in–person and virtual meetings with clients

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with clinical healthcare delivery

-Knowledge of military health, including MHS and DHA

-Ability to pay strict attention to detail and provision of quality assurance

-Ability to think autonomously and take initiative

-Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast paced environment

-Possession of excellent leadership, analytical, and data management skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-MA or MS degree, including MHA, MBA, MPP, or a related field
